Am Dienstag (28. Oktober) schloss der Hauptkontrakt für Palmöl der Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange bei 4.315 Ringgit/Tonne, ein Tagesrückgang von 1,33 %, was einen neuen Tiefststand in den letzten zwölf Wochen markierte. Nachdem der Markt an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gefallen war, wurde die Schwäche des Marktes noch deutlicher.
Externer Marktwiderstand und Währungsdruck
Diese Abwärtsspirale ist hauptsächlich auf damit verbundene Markt- und Währungsfaktoren zurückzuführen. Die Sojaöl-Futures an der Dalian www.xm-forex.commodity Exchange fielen an diesem Tag um 0,53 % und die Palmöl-Futures fielen um 1,67 %; Gleichzeitig fielen die Sojaölpreise an der Chicago Board of Trade um 0,37 %. Als wichtiger Wettbewerber auf dem globalen Pflanzenölmarkt verstärkt sich die Verbindung zwischen Palmölpreisen und diesen alternativen Ölen weiter. Gleichzeitig legte der Ringgit gegenüber dem US-Dollar um 0,24 % zu, was Palmöl für ausländische Käufer weniger attraktiv machte. Ein Händler aus Kuala Lumpur wies darauf hin: „Die anhaltende Preisschwäche der Dalian-Palmölfraktionen hat zusammen mit der Stärke des Ringgit den Preisspielraum für Rohpalmöl unterdrückt.“
Angebotsseitige Expansionserwartungen
Die jüngste Prognose des indonesischen Palmölverbandes (GAPKI) vom 28. Oktober zeigt, dass die indonesische Palmölproduktion im Jahr 2025 auf etwa 56 Millionen Tonnen steigen könnte, mehr als frühere Schätzungen. Der Verband betonte, dass günstige Witterungsbedingungen und ein anhaltend gutes Preisumfeld eine Steigerung der Produktion unterstützten. Diese Daten lösten am Markt Besorgnis über ein knappes globales Angebot aus und drückten die Aufwärtsstimmung weiter.
Transmissionseffekt auf den Energiemarkt
Die internationalen Rohölpreise fielen am Dienstag um weitere 2 % und fielen damit an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Handelstagen. Obwohl die Vereinigten Staaten Sanktionen gegen zwei große russische Ölunternehmen verhängt haben, befürchtet der Markt auch, dass die OPEC+ ihren Plan zur Produktionssteigerung vorantreiben könnte, was dazu führen könnte, dass die Ölpreise unter Druck geraten. Schwächeres Rohöl schwächt PalmölDie Wirtschaftlichkeit des Biodiesel-Rohstoffs schränkt die Nachfrageerwartungen ein.
Institutionelle Ansichten und Marktaussichten
Einige Analysten glauben, dass der aktuelle Preis die negativen Faktoren teilweise widerspiegelt, kurzfristige Reparaturen jedoch auf der Stabilisierung des externen Marktes beruhen müssen. Eine bekannte Institution wies darauf hin: „Wenn der Rückgang der Rohöl- und Weichölmärkte nicht aufhört, werden die Biodieselnachfrage und die preisliche Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Palmöl weiterhin auf die Probe gestellt.“ Einige Leute betonen jedoch auch, dass der saisonale Produktionsreduzierungszyklus in Südostasien näher rückt und der aktuelle Preis die Kaufnachfrage ankurbeln könnte.
